Embossed Design Series

Natural Design Series

Features
Flexible and bendable
It has a minimum bend radius of 5cm, which is much smaller than the minimum bend radius of traditional stone (≥50cm).
Thin and light
With a thickness of only 1-3mm and a weight of 3-5kg/m², it is about one – tenth the weight of traditional stone.
Efficient construction
It can be directly pasted with tile adhesive, eliminating the need for a dry – hanging keel structure, saving about 60% of the construction period and labor costs.
Environmentally friendly and energy – saving
It uses mine waste, has no radioactive pollution, and some products can be recycled and degraded.
Strong durability
It has a wide temperature resistance range of – 40°C-90°C, is resistant to UV aging, and has a service life of 15 years (outdoor) to 25 years (indoor).

FAQ
It’s a valid question—how can stone bend? Flexible stone (often called MCM or Soft Stone) is made from natural stone powder, quartz sand, and mineral pigments mixed with a high-performance polymer binder. It’s not a “fake” plastic print; it’s a reconstituted natural material. We use a specialized manufacturing process that keeps the authentic texture and color of mountain stone but allows the panel to be thin, lightweight, and—most importantly—flexible enough to wrap around curved columns or uneven walls.
Unlike heavy granite slabs that need mechanical anchors, flexible stone is installed using a “full-adhesion” method. You apply a high-quality, flexible stone adhesive (similar to a premium tile glue) to both the wall and the back of the sheet. Because the material is so light (usually only 3-4kg per square meter), the suction is incredibly strong. As long as your base wall is solid and dust-free, it’s not going anywhere. For outdoor projects, we always recommend a final seam-sealing to ensure a 100% waterproof finish.
We provide 2 – 3 free samples (size 200×300mm). You only need to bear the courier fee. Samples are shipped within 3 working days, and the tracking number will be sent via email.
Absolutely. This is where the material really shines. Unlike real stone which can crack in freeze-thaw cycles, flexible stone has a bit of “give.” It expands and contracts with the building without popping off or developing hairline fractures. It’s also UV-resistant and Grade A fire-rated. We’ve seen it used on high-rise exteriors in both humid tropical areas and freezing northern climates with excellent color retention over 10+ years.
The material cost itself is often comparable to mid-range stone, but your total project cost will be significantly lower. Why? Because you’re saving a fortune on logistics and labor. You don’t need a crane or a five-man crew to lift a single slab; one worker can carry enough material for an entire room. Plus, you can cut it with a simple utility knife or a handheld grinder, which means much faster installation and far less waste on site.
